the staff was attentive. they looked after us. the room was airy. checking out later than most hotels suited us since we were having lunch with relatives.

the bathroom needed a deep clean and some repairs. i saw stains and dust. there were also smells present.

I found the staff very helpful. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. the bed provided great comfort and the fresh breakfast tasted delicious. i especially liked the fans in the room, a great addition during the warm weather. the train station is just a short walk away from the accommodation.

The lack of air conditioning was a bit noticeable during the warmer days. It would improve comfort levels.

The room included excellent tea and coffee making facilities. The decor was spacious and lovely. Breakfast was also a great addition (I loved the locally sourced produce!).

The shower was a waterfall style, not ideal. I would have appreciated a shower cap to avoid getting my hair wet.
