the location was superb , i found the room great , and the staff were really helpful and friendly. the customer service impressed me , especially the warm and friendly conversations. i appreciated them looking after my bags after i checked out , too. i felt very welcome .

the room was quite small though suitable for a single night i stayed.

the location was excellent i walked to liverpool street station in about ten minutes. the full english breakfast was delicious a great start to the day. the provided bathroom cosmetics were a nice touch i appreciated this detail.
the room was small making it slightly difficult to move around freely. limited space. i found this inconvenient.

The staff were especially nice and helpful. I really appreciated that. breakfast was included and it was yummy!!! i enjoyed the fresh juice. communication prior to arrival was good too.
the room i had was small, it's true. also, it was on a very noisy street, and things didn't quieten down until late. early morning noise was also a thing.
