Really good Location and Friendly Staff
great location friendly staff luggage storage
The location is fantastic and near Liverpool Street train and tube station. Many restaurants and pubs are around, and I felt safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available after checking out, I was so grateful.
I noticed peeling wallpaper and broken floor tiles. There was no hot water at the sink at night. The walls seemed thin because I could hear noise from the bathroom next door.

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and ready to answer questions. They offered assistance with luggage storage after check-out, very convenient. I really appreciated their readiness to prepare the room earlier.

The room was spacious and clean, with a fridge, welcome water, coffee, and tea. There was air conditioning that was cool, so that was AMAZING!!! The bed was comfortable, and the room included basic amenities.

Solid City Stay
quiet street public transport quick check-in
Location worked well. It was near a quiet street in the City. Liverpool Street station made it easy to use public transport. Spitalfields, Hackney and Brick Lane were also close by. The check-in was quick. The receptionist was friendly.
Stair carpet had a trip hazard. There was a hole. The en-suite had missing mirror. Exposed glue was on the wall.

a good experience
clean room friendly staff
the location proved convenient near the train station. i found many bars and restaurants nearby which i really appreciated. the room i stayed in was clean, and i thought the staff was friendly.
I must mention the absence of an elevator. This proved a small challenge with luggage.

fantastic central stay!
central location easy access working facilities smooth operation
the location is very nice!!! it's perfect for exploring central and east, with easy access to everything. all the facilities are working. they are super easy to use!!! i also really appreciated how smoothly everything operated . i would highly recommend this place!!!
the room furniture seemed a little old and visibly damaged. it is nothing major, but it does slightly detract from the overall experience.

convenient location friendly receptionist modern decor quick check-in
the location was convenient, right by liverpool street station. i found many cafes and restaurants within a short walk. the check-in was quick, and the receptionist was friendly. the modern decor was pleasing to the eye.
the room could use a bit of tlc, as some of the fixtures are showing wear.

the location was near liverpool underground. i found many pubs nearby. hop on bus station was also nearby. the suite was big enough and clean.
the floor was made of cheap wood. the furniture was worn! though a mirror was broken.
