Fantastic Stay with Amazing People

The staff helped me with everything! They always put customers first. The manager and Louise. I reminded me of part of their clean, loving, friendly family.
The bedding was uncomfortable and the quilt was small for two people, and my feet hung over the bed because I'm tall.

I had a double room with a private bathroom. The room included a small bedside table with two cups and accessories with a small kettle. This allowed me to prepare beverages at my convenience.

The hotel location is near the beach and pleasure beach. That's a great feature. The hotel's closeness to the beach makes it easy to access the seaside. it is near popular food places and arcades.

The staff was amazing with my kids. They kept them entertained all the time, so that was very cute and friendly. The hotel provided everything to fulfill our needs when we needed anything.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. The location is great as it is close to the town center.
The room was not clean. I found a rolled tobacco cigarette on the floor. The kettle was a hazard as the electric flex did not reach the socket.

the manager was great, especially as the hotel is being renovated. the room was clean, and the beds felt very comfy. i found it could definitely be my go-to hotel for a weekend break.
i booked two rooms, but they were not close together. one was far from the other and on different floors. this made it a bit inconvenient for my group.

breakfast was bought from a nearby shop because it wakes up early before all the cafes open. sparlivs is not far from the hotel, it is very convenient. this made for an easy start to the day.

The staff was friendly. They helped jump start my car. I played pool in the lounge. I had a comfortable night's sleep.
The room had a smell. I kept my window open. There was no tv in the room. The bathroom lacked a door handle on the inside.

Convenient Location!

The staff was helpful upon my arrival. The location is CLOSE to the town centre and within walking distance to all the shops. I plan to return during the summer due to its proximity to various attractions.
The parking cost £20, EVEN THOUGH i asked if parking there was ok initially. A call came later that night requesting payment. A little more patience would have been appreciated as it was their mistake forgetting to charge us initially. Showering was difficult since there was no warm water.

The room was spacious and clean! The shower provided an amazing experience. The location is IDEAL because it is a brief five-minute walk to the sea front.

The location was excellent. It was a short walk to local attractions. staff was always available and ready to assist with any questions i had (they offered great local recommendations!). the hotel provided fresh towels and toiletries daily. A welcome addition.
the wi-fi signal was weak in my room. i had to go to the lobby to get a stable connection.
