The Oakcliffe is frequently praised for its convenient location, a short walk from both St David's station and the city centre, making it easy to explore Exeter. Guests often find the rooms clean, warm, and of a good size, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. While the shared bathroom is generally not an issue due to the limited number of rooms, some guests have occasionally noted minor maintenance issues. many consider it a good value for a short stay in Exeter.
