staff member variety of dishes poor drainage elevator wait

the breakfast menu provided a great variety of dishes. the staff all had english skills and were polite when i checked in. there was always a staff member around the computer, since it is a self check-in.

the shower drainage was poor it caused water to spill onto the floor. some parts of the room were not maintained well. there were only two elevators for the hotel so there were frequent long waits.

disorganised check-in slow elevator

the room was large and clean with fresh towels.

check-in was odd , as there is no obvious front desk. agents roam around , but it felt disorganised and slow. also , waiting for the elevators became a real test of patience.

friendly staff amazing breakfast

The staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel was clean, and my room was good. I had access to a lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was amazing with great variety!

The elevators were quite slow. There were often long waits, a bit frustrating. This occurred going up or down, especially during peak hours.

a reasonably good experience

clean room breakfast buffet missing milk strange reception

i found the room clean. the breakfast buffet included a sufficient variety of options. it was easy to access public transportation because there was a bus stop near the hotel and a metro station within walking distance.

i found that there was no milk provided for coffee or tea in the room. this seemed unusual given the price range. there was no front desk, so i needed to find a roaming agent to help me. it was a strange experience.
