the breakfast menu provided a great variety of dishes. the staff all had english skills and were polite when i checked in. there was always a staff member around the computer, since it is a self check-in.

the shower drainage was poor it caused water to spill onto the floor. some parts of the room were not maintained well.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel was clean, and my room was good. I had access to a lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was amazing with great variety!

There were often long waits, a bit frustrating. This occurred going up or down, especially during peak hours.

i found the room clean. the breakfast buffet included a sufficient variety of options. it was easy to access public transportation because there was a bus stop near the hotel and a metro station within walking distance.

i found that there was no milk provided for coffee or tea in the room. this seemed unusual given the price range. there was no front desk, so i needed to find a roaming agent to help me. it was a strange experience.

the pool looked quite dirty, disappointing. the hotel should monitor the turbidity levels. i also found it strange that there was no milk provided for coffee or tea.
