a great stay!
helpful host suggested place short walk
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! they suggested places to visit and where to eat. breakfast was nicely cooked and plentiful! the location was close to the seafront and only a short walk to the train station and trams.

service was so-so, some issues
dirty carpets shower hairs
the location was acceptable, close enough to local attractions.
The cleanliness was really a letdown. I spotted hairs in the shower. the carpets looked to have missed a good vacuum, frankly. it all felt a bit unkempt, not exactly what i was hoping for. i mean, really!!!

dirty carpet hairs in shower
the breakfast choices were good and cooked hot.
I encountered issues upon arrival. The cleanliness dipped from previous standards, with hairs in the shower. the carpets also seemed quite dirty. i felt disappointed after years of good experiences here.

The breakfast included many different options and was quite good.
I found some issues with cleanliness. I saw hairs in the shower. The carpets looked dirty. I expected better upkeep.

small room clogged drain
the breakfast was decent enough i guess it had what i needed to start the day
the room i booked was supposedly a double room with private bathroom. what i got was more like a single with barely enough space to turn around. the bathroom, oh god, the bathroom. the shower head sputtered more than it sprayed and the sink drain was clogged so it took forever for water to drain. also the wi-fi was spotty, so i couldn't even watch videos properly.

super clean hotel breakfast variety elevator service street noise
The hotel was super clean. the breakfast had lots of variety. It included options for fussy eaters!
The elevator was out of service. Carrying luggage upstairs was difficult. the room lacked adequate soundproofing, i could hear street noise.
