My room had plentiful storage and great lighting. the bathroom products were lovely. i found the breakfast buffet extensive and delicious. It had fresh mint leaves for tea. all staff were helpful. and friendly.

the towels could be softer. they need to be replaced. as they are past their best

the breakfast included various options that i enjoyed. i also appreciated the unique access to the hotel via cable car.. this definitely added to the overall experience. the room felt spacious, great.

the wellness area could use some improvements. the swimming pool water felt a little too cold for my liking. the decor feels a bit dated, and some of the amenities seem worn.

faulty elevator no shower

the breakfast buffet had good choices.

The elevator connecting the two sections of the hotel was out of service. i had to take a shuttle or run through a park to get to the sauna (before it closed at 10 pm). the sauna lacked a shower and changing room. Guests put clothes on after sweating.

wonderful getaway!

i found the staff to be quite friendly. they organized a shuttle bus immediately after the cable car broke. the room was also nice. it included soft pillows and clean environment.

amazing stay!

cable car amazing views comfy bed quiet location

The location is near andel metro station! i found it a quick walk. the cable car to the top was a total blast and something different! the view from my room facing the garden was gorgeous. I think it was one of the best i've ever seen. the bed was super comfy, so i got an amazing sleep because it's quiet up on the hill.

i did have to ask for robes and slippers when i arrived. it was a quick fix though!

The hotel room was large with plentiful storage. i loved the powerful hairdryer and great water pressure in the shower. the breakfast buffet was extensive. It even had fresh mint leaves for tea, i thought it was great! the hotel has a funicular for access.

The towels need replacement. They are past their best. it, was a minor issue.
