the room was quite spacious. i appreciated the availability of an iron and ironing board (which helped to quickly tidy up my clothes). breakfast was offered as a take away one morning, when our group had to leave early.

parking was difficult one evening. i had to pay £16 for overnight parking. reception staff had communication issues.

I found the staff at reception to be very helpful. amin and saurabh provided a great check-in experience. the hotel offered a 24/7 shop. It included essentials and drinks. i thought the location was good as it was close to the airport and offered shuttle service.

I appreciated the restaurant experience, though i mainly used the bar. the staff was fabulous. They were attentive and the food was delicious, though i only had a snack. the restaurant had a very big seating area.

The service was very good overall. The team looked friendly. i found the reception staff to be attentive and quick to respond to my queries. They also took pride in customer service. i would definitely recommend the hotel.

i found everything inside very clean and modern. check-in was quick and efficient. the room was clean, and it had everything i needed. breakfast starting at 06:30 was a major plus because i had an early flight.

the outside of the hotel looked a little rundown as i drove up.

the breakfast was decent, offering a few options that were okay.

The room i got was not great. the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in ages (i saw crumbs and some hair). the bathroom was tiny. It was difficult to move around in it (i felt so frustrated).
