The receptionist was efficient! I received a warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival. I also took a luxuriously hot shower before dinner.

My attempt to check in online and get a digital key failed. I could not link my reservation to my account. The check-in staff was not able to resolve this issue. It was a big disappointment.

This hotel is situated on Bath Road! The Hotel Hoppa bus stops right in front for terminals 3/2 and 5. Public buses are available, and it is close to the airport.

The queen room was very super clean and cozy. The bedding was good! The bathroom was acceptable. Extras in the room included an ironing board, iron, coffee, and moisturizing cream.

Breakfast included a fabulous full english breakfast. It was not just continental. The bar service was nice. It allowed ordering food after closing. The staff was helpful throughout the buffet.

the room did include an ironing board and trouser press, which i used.

the bathroom wasn't great. the shower head was fixed, i dont like it. plus, there wasnt a movable shower head, it was a bad experience.

I found the location very suitable for my early flight. i could easily reach the terminal using a convenient shuttle service. the breakfast buffet had various choices. I found fresh fruit too. the staff was attentive and provided cookies when i arrived.

the tv in my room was a LITTLE small.
