the free airport shuttle was super efficient, i never waited long. the hotel room include a good bathtub, i take a warm bath. these were appreciated after a long flight. the room was also pretty quiet at night, i slept well.
the gym only had a few pieces of equipment, i wanted to do cardio but there were only 2 treadmills. i wanted more options.

dirty poolinsecure storage
I booked a room with a double bed. i got a room with two twin beds instead. no one assisted me with this issue, annoying. also, the swimming pool was dirty. There were insects, plastic bags and tree leaves floating around. i was also surprised they wrote my credit card details on a piece of paper instead of storing it securely.

the check in process was not smooth. i completed online check-in. i still had to wait upon arrival. the pool was supposed to be open. i chose the hotel specifically for it. the pool was closed. THERE was nowhere to put luggage except on the bed.
