The location was convenient, especially with parking right outside my room. That was a very welcome feature! the breakfast provided a wonderful start to the day with lots of options. i also appreciated the tidiness of my room. It was super clean and cozy.

the walls seemed a little thin, and i did notice some noise from neighboring rooms at times.

I found some issues . The air conditioning was NOT effective, uncomfortable. There was also a strange odor in the bathroom, it was quite off-putting. These things affected my overall experience at the hotel. I really expect better.

I found parking RIGHT outside my room so unloading was simple. The room was a great size. CLEAN bedding was provided and I slept very well. Air conditioning WORKED perfectly.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Check-in was very smooth. The staff arranged a shuttle bus to the airport for me, and it was very convenient. I REALLY appreciated this helpful service.

The hotel's proximity to the airport was a major advantage. I found the location very convenient. i parked my car right outside the room, a feature i liked. the restaurant nearby offered fabulous meals, it was only a ten minute walk.

The fruits selection at breakfast was a bit repetitive. I noticed they served the same apricots and pineapples every day. the cleaning could have been better. I felt sand under my feet in the room.

the facility is located very close to the airport, a short ten minute drive away. i used the car shuttle to malpensa t1 for 11 euro, and found it a better deal than a taxi. the area around the hotel was very quiet.

The door handle free wheeled , and it took 20 minutes for staff to open the door after I informed reception.
