the room was clean upon arrival. an infant bed was already in place as requested. ordering pizzas from the restaurant for pickup was convenient. they tasted quite good.

The shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty. the hand cream bottle was broken. only one dressing gown and slippers were provided in a family room. I had to request a third towel.

The hotel is a short drive from Milan Malpensa Airport, really convenient for early flights. I found free parking right outside the hotel entrance, great because I had a car. The reception staff was helpful and gave me directions for train routes to Venice. The hotel offered a reasonably priced airport transfer in a roomy car.

I would say that the shuttle service could have been better organized. There were some delays, which caused a bit of stress.
