The staff was awesome and helpful in coordinating the airport shuttle. The family room was great and easily accommodated all four of us. We found very good food options right on the premises (a big plus after a long journey!).
I found no free water in the room. This is quite unusual these days. The hairdryer in the bathroom felt ancient and definitely of a lower standard.

the breakfast buffet i see it has many choices. all staff i interacted with was very friendly so helpful. my room have a lighting menu i didn't know those exist.
the room design i found it stupid. i swear its like they want you to look at your spouse when you are using the toilet, this happen cause they use glass walls. also my room had a strong cat pee smell which wasn't good. i was very disappointed.

i found no free water in the room. these days, this is pretty unusual.
