I found the free hotel shuttle very useful, it definitely reduced my stress during my layover. the room was clean. This. i would definitely stay here again, the cleanliness was noticeable, i felt at ease.
the lack of sufficient towels and toilet paper for my group was inconvenient. i also found the room temperature too warm during the night. supplying more toiletries could enhance the experience.

helpful receptionistoverbooked hotel
the receptionist was very polite and helpful. he guided us to find a suitable alternative since we arrived after the restaurant was closed.
the hotel overbooked and didn't inform me!!! i had a late check-in. they asked me in the middle of the night to go to a different hotel. they said it was booked, but that other hotel wasn't even informed. this was the worst experience ever!!!
