the room was conveniently located near public transportation.. the bus stop was a short walk. the free drinks in the mini bar were a nice touch. the staff were helpful during check-in.
the room lacked air conditioning, uncomfortably warm. opening the window was difficult due to airport noise.. it was quite loud. the bathroom showed signs of mold.. i saw it in several areas. housekeeping did not replace bed linen .

The room provided easy access to transportation and thoughtful amenities. i appreciated the generous size of the room and the very comfortable bed. It ensured a restful experience. having regular bus service from the airport also simplified my travel arrangements a LOT. it was so grateful to have the free drinks in the fridge. It was a kind touch.
during my visit, i found that the hotel corridors looked somewhat worn.

The hotel's proximity to the airport is a definite advantage. The bus ride to the airport only takes a few minutes (bus 768 is the one to take). The reception staff was helpful during check-in. I was pleased to find complimentary drinks in the mini-bar.
I noticed some dust on the furniture in my room.

The staff at the reception were quite kind and helpful . They provided quick assistance with my luggage storage for several hours. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient and fast.

The rooms are clean and spacious (I stayed in a Superior Double Room). The bed linens were clean and fresh. The room had blackout curtains, useful for blocking light.
