The family room suited my needs perfectly! the staff working at 3am was helpful. he arranged a taxi to the airport for us and even offered me a coffee. I really needed that. the stay definitely exceeded what i expected

i encountered a couple of issues. firstly the lighting in the room was quite dim. it was difficult to read or work comfortably in the evenings. secondly i found the selection of tv channels limited. there were few english-language options available, disappointing.

the room included blackout shutters, which ensured darkness for sleep. i slept well due to this feature. the hotel offers underground parking, very convenient. breakfast offered a lot of variety.

the showerhead was somewhat difficult to manage. it could squirt water everywhere if not carefully aimed. the small glass partition did not fully contain the spray.

The airport shuttle proved convenient. It runs frequently. I found a bus very close. It only cost 2 euro to get to terminal 1. The comfortable mattress and pillows helped me have a restful night.

The bar food i ordered was served lukewarm.
