the location was convenient especially since i wanted to attend a concert at hallenstadion the facilities were great for a quick overnight stay the shuttle bus service was helpful for getting around the area the room was also clean. the staff helped to book a taxi when i needed one and even changed the time when i made a mistake.

The hotel location was close to the concert hall. The friendly staff made check-in and check-out processes fast and simple, which I did appreciate. The room had good soundproofing which helped a lot, and I could sleep well. The location safe area too.

The room was a joke. I booked a "standard twin room", but it felt more like a broom closet. seriously, trying to move around with luggage was a nightmare. I kept bumping into the walls. plus, the bathroom wasn't clean. I spotted someone else's hair on the sink, totally disgusting and unacceptable.
