friendly staff helpful danny accessible location unclean room worn furniture unadjustable shower
the staff are very friendly. danny tried to help me a lot. the location is near the sea. it made everything accessible.
the room was not very clean. the furniture looked old and worn. the bathroom had some issues with the shower pressure, and it was quite difficult to adjust the temperature.

helpful staff great location various options
the staff was AMAZING. everyone was very helpful with my request, they quickly fixed one problem i had. the location is great, VERY close to mckenzie beach. breakfast had A lot of options.

outdated room poor soundproofing
The room felt quite outdated and not very well kept. i noticed some cracks in the bathroom tiles and the furniture seemed old. the noise was also a problem. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and in the rooms next to mine. it was hard to get a good night's sleep.

loose tap wall shower
The shower was a nightmare!!! it was fixed to the wall and sprayed everywhere but on me. also, the cold tap was super loose. it was impossible to get a decent shower. I nearly slipped trying to adjust it!!!

i love the super helpful staff. the breakfast had so many options and the pool was cool. the room even got a balcony overlooking the street. the bathroom was big which i appreciate.
the hotel could use a little refresh, its a bit outdated.

airport convenient flight bad smell unvacuumed floor
The hotel is near the airport which was convenient for my early flight.
I had some issues with the room's cleanliness the floor had not been vacuumed. The bathroom also smelled bad . The entrance area also lacked air conditioning it felt too hot.
