I really appreciated the close proximity to the dinegro metro station. It was only a 5-minute walk. the room was cleaned thoroughly each day and fresh towels were provided. it. the bathroom was also really clean.

The parking was difficult to access due to very steep hills. a good driver is a must! breakfast was just okay. I expected a little more variety for the price. it was quite disappointing.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

I just loved the easy walk from the ferry and cruise terminal! Check-in was super fast and Ester at the front desk was so friendly. She made a great first impression! As a loyalty program member, I even got an upgrade to a king room with a balcony!

The corridors to the business suite were a little dark, but not a big deal.

the hotel is near the ferry and cruise terminal. dinegro metro station is a short walk. the hotel provided quick check-in. i was offered a choice of bonus points, a free drink, or a free breakfast because of my priority club diamond elite membership. i received an upgrade to a king room. it even had its own balcony! the room was very clean.

the temperature control in my room did not work properly.
