Pat was a helpful host. He provided local information upon arrival. The breakfast included a full English option. Free parking was available, a bonus for us.
I noticed some dust in hard-to-reach corners of the room, it was very minimal.

pat was so cute, i must say. the room had a lovely coastal theme, decorated with care. the breakfast was a highlight, very tasty with high-quality ingredients. parking outside was easy (a real bonus!).
the seating area outside could use a bit of tidying up.

pat was attentive and helpful throughout my stay the premises were clean and tidy and well decorated. i found the beds very comfy the room had ensuite facilities. breakfast was a full english served hot it was plentiful and tasty.

Pat greeted us warmly upon arrival. He made hot drinks and personally showed us to our room. Breakfast service was prompt and well presented. There is also a small garden at the front, a bonus.
I noticed the cleanliness could improve. A deeper clean would benefit the hotel.
