The airport shuttle was convenient! I appreciated that it ran frequently. The room itself had a lovely view of the city. It was a Superior King Room City View.
The plumbing in the bathroom was a bit slow. Every drain seemed like it was struggling, a little inconvenient. The hotel felt quite cold, especially the room. I had to ask for an extra blanket to feel comfortable.

The staff at reception were friendly. The staff in the bar was very helpful. The food tasted delicious. I loved the city view from my room. The planes taking off were fun to watch from room #1023.
I was disappointed with the parking situation. Thirty minutes of free parking is given, but then there is a charge of $37. Some spaces in the parking lot flood when it rains. I also thought the beds were old and sagging.

the location worked well. the bar had great food and drinks. service was excellent. The view was also excellent! parking was complicated, the lot felt very full, and it was challenging to find a spot. but the hotel staff gave assistance.
The bed was a bit soft. I prefer a firmer mattress.

my luxury king room offered a great lagoon view. i also found it very comfy and tidy. the room included a king-sized bed with fresh linens. standard amenities such as a tv and coffee maker.

the hotel offered a nice pool area with many loungers. i appreciated the well-equipped gym, as well. the airport shuttle was quick and efficient, and the staff was readily available to assist with any requests.

Check-in was quick and easy. I got a key made of wood, how cool is that! The shuttle to MIA runs every 30 minutes and is white. It waits at the departure and arrival areas.
The parking lot got very crowded. I had to find a spot on the grass. The smell of jet fuel was strong and gave me a headache.

the staff were polite upon arrival and the room was clean.
the parking lot was full, and i had difficulty finding a spot for my car. this created an unnecessary level of frustration.
