the staff was very attentive. the room was nice, clean, well presented and the bed was comfy. i appreciated that i could open the window as many hotels now have sealed windows. i also found it easy to locate and quiet at night.

the shower pressure was a bit low.

I loved the friendly staff. They gave helpful advice for shopping and sightseeing! The location was perfect, just steps away from the bus to the airport, a very convenient feature. My room was clean. It came with complimentary bottled water, and tea was available upon request. Nice touch! The staff helped plan taxis and buses to the airport and even recommended spots for breakfast and places to visit.

The room doors were not electronic, and I had to leave the keys at reception each time I went out! though it wasn't too much of a hassle.

I found the staff polite and helpful. they provided precise directions, ensuring i reached my destinations downtown without issue. the room was clean, and i really liked the toiletries provided. housekeeping was done daily. It was very thorough.
