a bright stay
river view easy location smooth process quick communication
i found my room overlooking the river just good. the location made it easy to step outside and explore the area. the check-in process was very smooth, and i had no issues at all. i really liked the very quick communication with the staff anytime i needed something.
the room was slightly smaller than it looked in photos, but still adequate.

Really good Location and Quiet Comfort!
perfect location giant tv quiet environment air circulation
The location is perfect for exploring the city! The room I stayed in had a giant TV, a nice bonus. I was impressed by how quiet it was, given its location on a busy street. A fan was available. It really helped with air circulation.
The self check-in process was a bit confusing at first. (But I figured it out eventually.)

Though I didn't have many meals at the hotel, the breakfast area looked clean. The coffee machine was easy to use. I also appreciated that fresh fruit was available each morning.

the location was great and made seeing the area easy. i liked netflix available on the tv and found the updates on the room arrival to be helpful.
The room needed tlc and felt small, and the mattress was lumpy. It needs replacing.

broken handle humming noise
the location was excellent!
the room i had was a little worn, like the broken handle on the bathroom. it could really do with an update. i also had a terrible night's sleep because of a loud humming noise from the shower area. it sounded like sleeping with a refrigerator beside my ear.

the air conditioning was great. the bed was comfortable and the shower was very clean. i was able to log in to netflix and prime very easily the tv was a decent size for the room. hand soap and toiletries were lovely

the location was excellent being right in the city center making it easy to access everything. it is almost directly opposite temple bar which offers convenient access to great places to eat. this central location enhanced my ability to explore.
