air conditioning million dong
the location was great clean rooms were a plus.
the air conditioning was centrally controlled and set to 21 degrees it felt quite warm i wished to control the temperature myself as an adult. i expected some complimentary decoration for my honeymoon but they wanted a million dong to decorate the room. a ten dollar charge for a lost key was like money grabbing.

a reasonably good experience
helpful staff breakfast selection odd smell uncomfortable bed
the staff were very helpful. the breakfast buffet had a good selection. i found the rooftop facilities, including the shower, useful before my flight. the pool was lovely after a hot day.
The junior suite had an odd smell. It seemed like moisture. the thumping noise from nearby nightclubs made sleep difficult. the bed was uncomfortable.

great stay downtown
convenient location continued access great tea
i found the location very convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the staff handled my late departure well, keeping my luggage and allowing me continued access to hotel facilities. the swimming pool was nice (and the afternoon tea was great!).
the gym was quite small.

the hotel sits right by a street full of shopping and restaurants. its central position makes traveling around easy. the hotel stands close to many historic attractions.

the room had an outdoor shower, i really enjoyed it. the bed was very comfortable and spacious. the room was clean (i always appreciate that).

the staff were helpful and very friendly. they recognized my family quickly and this was convenient for my kids. the personnel were professional. the service at breakfast was also excellent.

the pool area felt very relaxing. breakfast had a good spread of food every day. i appreciated having facilities available for showering before my evening flight.

merely average stay
small gym bad smell
The location was central, convenient for getting around (i mostly walked everywhere).
The gym was small and hardly equipped. The breakfast selection lacked variety and quality seemed compromised (I had hoped for better). The paint job on the floor was VERY irritating and smelled bad.
