cute staff breakfast variety rooftop view
the staff was cute and helpful. the breakfast had many choices and good variety. the rooftop bar features a great view and tasty cocktails. i especially enjoyed the location, very close to markets and restaurants.
the elevator service was a little slow, sometimes requiring a short wait.

The proximity to the city it was an easy walk to all places i wanted to visit. the staff were really good going out of their way to assist me. every staff member here is so profesional, kind, helpful and caring. I felt very welcomed.
i really wanted to love the hotel, but unfortunately there were issues. the internal acoustics of the room were terrible. something was going on where i could hear knocking above me and from time to time banging on the sides of me. the room was spacious enough with an odd layout of the bathroom, but it was fine.

I found the staff very attentive. The afternoon tea provided a nice touch (i liked the pastries). The location suited my needs. I also appreciated the rooftop happy hour. It was a good value.

key attraction helpful staff excellent attention
this hotel is so close to many attractions. i walked to ben thanh market easily from there. the staffs attention to detail was excellent. they are really excellent.
the gym IS small, with only one treadmill. i would have liked a better equipped fitness area.
