the staff provided roses upon check in for my anniversary! jennifer and hannah checked in on me often during breakfast. anna helped to facilitate my room change and was very professional.
the room was poorly insulated against noise within the hotel.

great variety rooftop pool excellent location small room limited equipment
the location was excellent (right next to the market). breakfast had great variety and the rooftop pool provided a nice respite from the city heat.
the room i had was quite small. also, the gym was a bit limited in equipment.

The room had modern facilities. The hotel is behind the Ben Thanh market. This put it in the center of the city. Everything was nearby. The staff was friendly.
The gym is small. It only had dumbbells. This was quite inadequate. The windows in the rooms were tiny. I could not even see the outside. Coffee hour was not good.
