location, location, but at what cost?
extra charge missing toiletries
The location really is quite central. You're basically inside a shopping center.
I have to say, i wasn't thrilled when they charged me extra because i asked for shampoo. apparently, in this hotel, basic toiletries are a luxury, not a standard. Imagine, having to wait thirty minutes just to get the promised shampoo and body wash after check in. also, the hotel wanted extra money for my eight-year-old daughter to stay in the same room, i've never had to pay extra for my child.

Decent, but Some Issues Need Addressing
poor minibar worn towels
The minibar, though complimentary for the first night, needed better restocking. It mostly had just water. I always had to request items that were missing. The shared pantry was almost always empty with very little variety. I also found the quality of the towels and bathrobes poor. They were too worn, and some even had holes.

a beautiful escape in the heart
really good pool big room convenient location
this hotel is in the heart of district 1. it is a modern hotel with a really good pool. the rooms are really big and clean. the location is near a nice mall. this makes it easy to walk to most attractions.
During breakfast, one staff member seemed unhappy and was being loud. This made the atmosphere a bit tense.

the hotel has fantastic positioning within a high-end shopping mall. this offers easy access to shops and restaurants. it is centrally located to markets and other attractions, perfect to explore the area.

central location coffee machine fruit variety breakfast denial empty pantry service issue
The hotel is connected to a mall in a very central location. My room faced the pantry. The pantry included fruits and a coffee machine. I appreciated having those options close by.
The service missed the mark for me. I showed the manager proof that breakfast was included, but it was not honored. I also noticed the shared pantry was empty. (I thought there would be some snacks there, but no luck!)

the room felt spacious with a comfortable bed i especially loved the complimentary minibar there was a pantry on each floor providing coffee and tea selection for breakfast met a very high standard the service was superb
the gym and swimming pool are in a public facility i wished they were within the hotel itself

excellent stay!
helpful staff cute staff late flight
the staff were AMAZING!!! they were always helpful and cute. they allowed us to stay in the nest until our late evening flight, i really appreciated that. everything they did.
i had to ask for ice and coffee machine refills multiple times. i feel i shouldn't have to bother them for this for the amount i paid.

the gym is shared with the public and has state of the art equipment, including its own boxing ring, giving you varied workout options. the hotel also provides a mini bar that is totally free for the first night.

The staff speaks very good english and assists with recommendations when needed, providing good support for exploring the area. they assisted with luggage and gave us an early check in for free. Very useful and appreciated.

slow lifts unshaded pool
I was so annoyed with the elevator situation! only two tiny, slow lifts serve the entire hotel. the pool area lacked shade, so it was never a good experience. the gym was located in the mall and unbelievably hot. It felt so stuffy. and the hallways seemed to lack air conditioning, uncomfortable.
