Excellent airport stay!

The hotel is located a true 5 minute drive from the airport. That's SO convenient. They provide a complimentary shuttle service using a luxurious coach. The swimming pool is ENORMOUS, certainly one of the biggest in Kuala Lumpur. Relaxing before or after a flight is great. The option to pay extra for both early check-in and late check-out really helped as my flight departed late.

Soundproofing was not perfect, and i could hear some noise from the corridor at times.

The room included air conditioning with no display issues, a definite plus. i noticed the complimentary airport bus. It really helped with transportation. the pool was big, and i saw a garden nearby.

the gym had limited equipment.

the staff was helpful, i will give them that..

i booked a stay hoping for a quiet night before my flight but my room was near a corridor. the long hallway acted as a terrible sound amplifier. other guests were coming and going at all hours, and i could hear every door opening and closing.
