the room was very spacious, modern, and airy, with lots of natural light. the design included wood-cabin style finishings. i particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, it was so convenient for late-night snacks and drinks.

The minibar didn't cool, it seemed more like a warmer. I expected better cooling.

the room included a large comfortable bed and a large bathroom. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i found the architecture very modern and nordic in style. public spaces and the room used wood elements.

the front desk quoted me a taxi to the airport for 700k vnd, which i found excessive. my grab from the airport was only 100k vnd. i also found that they wouldn't let me eat a banh mi in the lobby, which i bought from a street vendor.

the beautiful wood paneling created a polished and luxurious atmosphere throughout the hotel. the double suite i stayed in provided plenty of space , a great place for a baby cot. the kitchenette proved really handy , a perfect little nook for our needs. the tree-lined avenue ensured peace , a nice change from the bustling city.

the minibar did not have any drinks , although advertised.

i stayed in a family suite, and it offered plenty of space for everyone. it was also modern. the hotel is on a quieter street near a primary school, so it felt peaceful. i appreciated the proximity to convenience stores.

the service felt unwelcoming. NO assistance with luggage was offered. only one access card was provided and this cuts off the electricity. this resulted in an unpleasant smell upon returning to the room.

The minibar didn't work. It was more like a warmer, not a cooler. That was annoying. I expected cold drinks, not lukewarm ones! The staff also seemed indifferent when I mentioned it. I also found the lack of bath salts or bubble bath a bit cheap for a place with a spa. Like, seriously, I had to ask for tea bags?
