The beds were very comfortable and the pillows provided excellent support. the location offered easy access to many attractions. i found the hotel to be impeccably clean and safe. It provided a pleasurable stay. the front desk staff was excellent. Everyone was helpful. the breakfast offered delicious options with a beautiful river view, and i appreciated the english skills of the staff.

the sound isolation could have been better, street noise was noticeable in the room.

the street noise at night made sleeping a little difficult, even from my room on a higher floor. i brought earplugs to sleep.

The staff were professional. The location opposite the river is convenient.

The pool was closed for my entire stay and the note informing me was only in my room. This was annoying because it was important to me. Noisy building work within the hotel woke me before 8am on Saturday with sandblasting. Some river rooms have a very obscured view of the river. Room 306 should NOT be sold as a river view room (it faces a derelict and dirty building).
