the location was quite central, made exploring easy. the room had a decent view, i could see quite a bit. the staff seemed friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist.
the room temperature was difficult to regulate. despite adjusting the thermostat, it remained too warm. i found the decor a bit tatty and basic. the advertised king bed was two double beds pushed together, which wasn't ideal.

smooth check-indated decormissing battery cover
the staff seemed alright. they managed to check me in without any major issues, so i suppose that's a win.
The 'junior suite' was smaller than my expectations. the decor seemed dated. the television remote was missing a battery cover, which i found oddly annoying. I mean, how hard is it to keep a battery cover on a remote? also, the promised turndown service never materialized, leaving me to wonder if they forgot i even existed.

The location was indeed very central. It made it easy to walk to many spots! The staff was friendly enough. They answered my questions. The coffee machine in the downstairs lounge was a plus, and I used it a few times.
The room had some sockets falling off the wall! I also felt the decor was a bit tatty. Breakfast was basic. It did not offer much beyond the essentials.
