helpful receptionist twin room convenient location

The receptionist was polite and helpful. He gave all information before check in. He even suggested a twin room, because I traveled with my friend. McDonald's, bus stations and Sainsbury's were a short walk from the hotel. This location was really convenient for quick errands.

The room decor seemed outdated.

the host was friendly. m shahbaz was accommodating. the hotel was neat. the room was clean. my stay felt comfortable.

the sink had a visible crack and could use a repair.

friendly staff smart tv tea convenient location

i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the room offered a smart tv with many channels, which i appreciated. tea and coffee were provided in the room, along with a kettle, convenient. a bus stop was conveniently located right outside the premises, and i noticed several shops and food places nearby.

the location is a bit distant from the city center. i thought the travel time could be a factor for some.

i found the staff responsive and helpful. the location offered easy access to nearby shops.. a definite plus. my room included clean towels and sheets, which i appreciated.
