The staff were super friendly! They spoke English and Spanish so well. Breakfast had great options and the rooms were so clean. It's the best value for money!

The curtains in my room were really filthy and broken! I couldn't even open the window at all. The bed wasn't comfortable- it was a terrible punishment.

surprisingly pleasant stay near the metro

lovely variety friendly staff metro stops

The breakfast offered a lovely variety. i found fruits, pastries, fresh juice, salami, ham, cheese, omelette, and boiled eggs. the staff were also lovely and friendly. Ivan was so nice and helpful. it is a real advantage that the hotel is located a few metro stops away from the city center.

i found that the air conditioning didn't cool very much.
