non-functioning air conditioning resolution delay
the room was acceptable, and the staff did locate my airpods after i lost them.
the hotel room proved far too warm for me. despite reporting the issue, a resolution did not arrive until two nights later. the lack of functional air conditioning initially detracted from my comfort.
