dirty bathroom unfriendly staff

the location was acceptable and near the bus stops.

i found the shared bathroom consistently dirty and without new toilet paper for four days (not a great experience). the staff were also quite unfriendly. i guess cleaning is not their priority.

convenient location relaxed environment sticky floor stained towels

The location proved very convenient. it was easy to get around. Buses and the train station were nearby. the staff members were lovely and created a wonderfully relaxed environment.

the cleanliness could be improved. the food area had crumbs, and the floor felt sticky. some of the towels had stains, and the drawers contained sticky stains as well.

lingering odor small bathroom

The staff were friendly. They provided quick assistance with my inquiries.

The room had a lingering odor. i suspect previous guests smoked in the non-smoking room. the bathroom was very small. I struggled to move comfortably.
