missing hooksawkward access

the bathroom situation could use improvement. i noticed there was no proper toilet roll holder. rolls of toilet paper just sat behind the toilet, a bit awkward to reach given the limited space. also, it appears they've overlooked installing hooks in the bathroom, leaving no convenient place to hang towels or robes. SUCH oVERsights detract from the otherwise decent experience.

i was lucky the weather was good. i enjoyed gin and tonics on my balcony which was worth the extra cost. the breakfast menu was extensive. everything i ate was well-prepared.

there were dusty areas. everyday i kept knocking my leg into the bed end wooden base. there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

My room was quite basic, and I found thick dust in areas. The blind was damaged. I did not like it. Cleaning was poor and the complimentary shampoos were not replenished. Reception staff did nothing when I raised these issues.

The hotel is very close to the beach, a great advantage. The heated swimming pool was a plus. Breakfast in the conservatory was excellent. I found easy access to the coastal path. The staff were friendly and helpful.
