amazing gem near heathrow!

Paul provided very nice help with shuttle arrangements. A bus stop right outside made traveling easy. The room reminded me of home because of all the personal touches. I especially loved the plants that gave the room such character. The garden was gorgeous too. The cooked breakfast served in the room was awesome!

The off-road parking space got tight a few times.

this location is close to the airport yet surprisingly quiet. transport links are convenient, great for easy access to nearby attractions. the area is well kept and presents a generally peaceful atmosphere FOR travellers.

paul arranged a convenient personal shuttle pickup after my evening arrival at heathrow. the local bus stop outside made my return to terminal 5 easy the next day. i found many personal touches creating a home away from home. the plants in the room were a nice addition.

the water from the shower was hot i think temperature regulation would make a valuable addition

i found the hotel's gardens well kept, with manicured trees and colourful flowerbeds. the rooms were decorated to a high standard with amazing wallpapers and different colours. i noticed white crisp bed linen and fluffy towels.

The steps up to my room were very steep. it was difficult to manage with luggage.

The location was great. It was close to the airport, a short ride away. The breakfast included tasty options. I enjoyed the flowers in the front yard garden.

The steps to my room were very steep. This was not great as i had luggage. The bed was quite high. I also found the room to be very small.

The hotel's proximity to the airport was very convenient. I heard no airplane noise! The breakfast was delicious, with beautifully cooked eggs benedict and a full English breakfast presented perfectly and served promptly in my room. The room overlooked a lovely, manicured garden that had a Victorian greenhouse. The hotel displayed very clean interiors with many indoor plants.

The parking situation presented a slight inconvenience. It was adequate but not optimal.
