the staff were really friendly, i could not ask for more for myself and my children.
some parts looked a little tired, i thought. paint was flaked on walls and all over the carpet. i also noticed moldy windows, and it did not quite resemble the photos online.

the staff seemed alright they didn't actively make things worse so that's a win
breakfast was a continental thing left outside the room i mean i appreciate the gesture but a croissant and some biscuits on the floor feels a bit budget the room had flaked paint too making it feel less like a hotel and more like a hastily repurposed storage closet the windows definitely saw better days mold wasn't exactly the aesthetic i was going for

The staff was friendly. Kim showed me to my room, it was great. the bed felt comfortable, and i slept really well. i liked being able to enter and exit freely without feeling restricted by a curfew, it felt good.
some bits looked a little tired, but it was clean, so it did not bother me.

i liked how easy it was to get around with the trams nearby. the breakfast included in the price was a nice surprise, it was brought to the room. the staff seemed very helpful especially with directions and local tips.
the shower was very basic, it had heat, but it did not have much power. a better shower head would definitely improve the experience. this made the mornings less relaxing.

The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. i received directions to local attractions. They were very precise. the room was clean and well kept. it featured necessary amenities, like a kettle, with tea, coffee, and sugar replenished daily.
the tv remote had slightly worn buttons, but it functioned perfectly.
