the manager hassan was cute and helpful. he readily assisted with directions. our standard double room was very clean and tidy. i also found parking right outside the hotel quite convenient, as there was lots of space available.

the wifi signal was a bit weak in certain areas of the room, however it did not impact my enjoyment.

hassan provided warm hospitality upon arrival. he helped me when i required it. my room had a lovely view overlooking sefton park. the room was clean and very comfortable!

The lift was out of service. I had to carry my bags up a few flights of stairs.

I am grateful for the comfortable bed I had . The room size was generous, a pleasant surprise for a solo traveler. The owners ensured all needs were met. I am thankful for their attention. The key code entry added a layer of security I appreciated.

It would have been better if I had known this before I arrived. I hope the improvements enhance future stays for other guests.
