the staff provided a fast check-in process. they also offered an excellent breakfast (i especially liked the omelettes). the room had very good coffee available from the coffee machine.
i found that items outside the fridge were not all complimentary. only tea and coffee were complimentary items. snacks incurred a charge (something i didn't expect).

Airport transfer was great. It was very efficient. my room included coffee pods and a coffee maker, which i really appreciated.

the free airport shuttle was acceptable.
the noise from the street was terrible i did not sleep the entire night the window did nothing. the room was also too small for the price i paid it was impossible to open my luggage properly.
