helpful staff convenient location low shower pressure musty smell
The location was convenient to the town center. I also found the staff very helpful, they answered all my questions.
The bathroom needed some attention , and the shower pressure was quite low. Also , the hallways had a noticeable musty smell.

fantastic stay!
easy check-in superb location friendly staff comfortable space
I found the check-in process really easy. the location is superb. Everything i needed was nearby. staff were genuinely friendly and very cute. I especially appreciated their readiness to assist. i received an upgrade to my room. It was a lovely and comfortable space.
I experienced minor inconvenience because of this.

the hotel boasts an ideal location, offering very easy access to various local shops, restaurants, and other attractions. i timed it, and the beach is merely a five-minute walk away. this proximity made exploring and enjoying the area convenient.

The hotel provides convenient amenities like a lift. This was great as i am disabled. there's also a large car park available, with easy parking . plus, the hotel offers complimentary bottles of water upon check-out, which i greatly appreciated.

Underwhelming stay. Expected more.
paid parking stained carpets
The parking situation was irritating. it costs extra and is not exclusively for hotel guests. this meant that even after paying, finding a space was not guaranteed. This was not ideal. also, the room showed its age. Stained carpets and marked walls. i saw no sign of ongoing building work despite being told that it was underway.

the check-in and check-out process was efficient, with staff being very helpful. i received complimentary bottles of water when i returned my room key. the hotel seemed recently renovated, with new carpets and a clean environment. i found the location ideal, as it offered proximity to both the beach and local shops.

Convenient Stay Near the Sea
amazing location helpful staff pleasant stay
The location is amazing. It is a short walk to the beach, very convenient for enjoying the sea. I found the staff quite helpful and pleasant (especially Hassan, the manager).
I noticed that the hallways and corridors looked a bit messy on the way to my room. It made a slightly unfavorable first impression.

The hotel offers onsite parking by the seafront for a fee, a considerable advantage. Amenities are within easy reach from the hotel. The reception area is adequately maintained, but I noticed there were no chairs in the rooms.

The staff members were very polite and keen to help with queries (I observed this especially during check-in). Ajeesh at reception was particularly cute and polite, always happy to help guests. I also had a lift access, very convenient.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed provided a comfortable sleep experience (I slept very well). The bathroom facilities were adequate, with standard fixtures, so that was a positive.
