Hotel Palisade, located in historic Miller's Point, features rooms dressed in soft nautical colours. Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower. Rooms include queen-sized beds with linen upholstered bedheads and amenities by Mor. Certain rooms feature a seating area; some include views of the sea or city. The hotel offers Standard Rooms (17m2), Deluxe Rooms (33 sqm), and rooms with views to Darling Harbour. Some rooms have access to a shared balcony. Every room is equipped with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and pristine marble-tiled bathrooms with elegant tapware. Ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a minibar, a sitting area, a terrace, a dining table, garden furniture, free toiletries, and an electric kettle are available. A portable fan is available on request. Rooms also include a flat-screen TV and carpeted floor.

Hotel Palisade features cutting-edge interiors and a lively restaurant and bar. The Public House, on the ground floor, is a pub known for craft beer and interiors. Henry Deane, a split-level cocktail bar and restaurant, occupies the top two floors. Henry Deane's menu, led by Head chef Cian Mulholland, is designed for sharing and complements Sydney Harbour views. The menu includes dishes like octopus dipped in a spicy sauce, and prawn and asparagus risotto. Public House serves pub fare with a menu by Head Chef Martin Roberts. The hotel features happy hour Tuesday to Friday, 4pm to 6pm, with $9 pints. The talk around town is that our Schnittys could be the best in the neighbourhood.

Henry Deane, on levels 4 and 5, offers harbour views. The venue can be booked for private events. The Flying Fox, on the top floor of Henry Deane, fits up to 12 people. The Dining Chamber, on level 4, can accommodate up to 15 guests for cocktail events or 10 seated. The Linnean Room (up to 20 guests) and The Push Room (up to 30 guests) can be combined for up to 55 guests. Saturday Bottomless brunch sessions are available. Henry Deane is not licensed for anyone under 18, including babies.
