Fantastic Getaway

The front desk staff, including Jessica Munetz, was always good and helpful. I appreciated the banter with Demil, the bartender. He has a great personality and excellent skills.
I found the bar closing time too early. Last call was at 10:45 PM.

The beautiful king room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and had excellent support. i noticed the room amenities included plenty of fresh towels and a good range of TV channels..

The location is excellent and on a quieter side street. It is just off 5th Avenue. Grand Central station is close. i found it walkable to major attractions.

the holiday bar offered a nice theme and i visited it twice. staff members were very accommodating to requests. a suite provided ample space for a family of four, very useful.

the hotel is near many dining options including starbucks, mcdonalds, toasties, and dunkin'. it is close to st patricks cathedral and rockefeller center. the subway is a few minutes away, giving you access around the city.

the hotel has daily housekeeping which is very convenient. bellmen and doormen offer assistance. the front desk is staffed and provides room service, laundry, and newspapers.

Acceptable stay but problems exists

The location was amazing to me. The rooms are very quiet.
The room lacked tea or coffee. Room service stopped at 10 PM and the staff did not seem care about that. They just did not care about my issue.
