I found the hotel staff to be great. The accommodations were also great. I appreciated the umbrellas available for rainy days. The front desk service was kind. I liked that one could select umbrellas for rainy days.
The water pressure was low and the water did not get hot during the shower.

the room was pretty spacious. it featured wood floors instead of carpeting. the bed was reasonably comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
i was told i would be charged $250 in case i damaged something. it felt not very cute. the hotel called a cab company, though it charged me double. the cab driver did not explain where to walk.

the staff was very attentive and helpful . breakfast had limited choices, but everything tasted fresh. i especially enjoyed the yogurt granola bowls, a tasty and healthy option (i loved them!).
i found that the bathroom wasn't up to par, as i noticed some hair in the bathtub. after my first night, i didn't receive fresh towels or supplies, a small inconvenience.

the room was large with a balcony. i had views of a recognizable building. the location made it easy to reach manhattan using the subway.
The breakfast selection was limited. it was difficult to find a place to sit and eat in the morning! cleaning was inconsistent. My coffee was left in the machine.

The location was pretty convenient with easy access to different places.
I found small pieces of broken glass near the desk. I cut my foot. They noted that the room would be deep cleaned, but a personal item from the previous occupant was under the bed, so the room clearly WASN'T deep cleaned. This made me worry.
