the reception staff were friendly and helpful our room was immaculate. all hallways and the staircase were also immaculate. the location within the city was good.

comfortable beds modern amenity fresh food
the room was super clean, it had comfortable beds. i found modern amenities like satellite tv channels. breakfast offered fresh scrambled eggs and lots of choice.
the lift for disabled people can only be used by a staff member. they must unlock it with a key after coming down the steps outside. the younger staff member had trouble getting it to work

adequate stay with some drawbacks
expensive drinks sewage issue
the rooftop bar prices seemed expensive. i paid ten euros for a simple gin and tonic. a mocktail cost nine euros. the sewage system in my room also caused a bad smell at different times. i did not complain because i only stayed a few days, but the cleaning lady must have noticed it.

a decent stay
great location spacious room sewage smell no coffee maker
the location was very good. it was within walking distance of many places. the room was spacious and clean. this hotel also had a washing machine and dryer to use with coins.
I found that the standard apartment wasn't great. there was no coffee maker. the room had a fridge. our room also had an issue with sewage. A bad smell came from the bathroom at different times of the day.

Central Stay Delight
excellent quad room daily free apples helpful reception staff
I stayed in a quad room, and I found it excellent. A fridge in the room was appreciated, and the room was cleaned to a high standard. Daily free apples was also a lovely touch. The ladies in reception were excellent. They were very knowledgeable and happy to keep our bags after checkout.
Our room did not have a balcony. This was not a big issue though

The hotel boasts a central location near bars, shops, restaurants, the beach, and the marina. This proximity to major attractions made exploring easy. Public transport is readily accessible, thanks to nearby tram and bus stops.

A rooftop spa area provided a space to relax with lovely views. I especially enjoyed drinks one evening, finding the service there excellent. The rooftop plunge pool was very nice too.
