helpful staff prompt request breakfast variety stocked bar
i found the staff exceedingly helpful. They attended to every request promptly. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, included fresh fruit. A bar is available, stocked with various beverages.

worn balcony inadequate lighting
The staff were generally helpful, this was satisfactory.
The balcony in my room was quite worn. It was not big enough. Lighting in the bathroom was also inadequate. My room was not cleaned after the first night. Fresh towels were left outside the door.

soft robes many choices amazing owners
The room included soft robes. breakfast offered many choices and was cooked perfectly. the owners are amazing. I noted that.
on arrival the hotel didn't seem 5 star. nice but not luxury. mid summer pink room had a very worn balcony which was so my big enough to stand. the technology lights etc in room not well thought out, the bathroom lighting very poor. the room was clean. room not cleaned after 1 night, fresh towels lefts outside door day 2 but dirty ones not removed. staff very accommodating.

i appreciated the complimentary mulled wine and mince pies upon arrival it made the check-in process very cheerful. the breakfast choice was really good and there was plenty available. the staff were helpful and pleasant throughout my visit.
the balcony seemed very worn it wasn't really big enough to stand on comfortably. the bathroom lighting was quite poor , made it difficult to see clearly. the technology for the lights in the room didn't seem well thought out or easy to use.

soft robes supportive pillows great breakfast variety
The room included robes that felt wonderfully soft. The pillows were very comfortable and supportive (I really appreciated this). Breakfast offered a great variety of options. Abbie, at the front desk, was always helpful and polite.

inadequate lighting odd cleaning
the breakfast tasted good. the staff seemed friendly.
I found the lighting in the bathroom inadequate, it really affected my ability to get ready. the room cleaning on the second day was a bit odd too. Fresh towels looked outside the door, but the dirty ones stayed put. i expected a little more attention to detail.
