the location was really great for accessing city attractions. i had easy check in and the manager was on hand to answer questions. my room had a comfy bed and i appreciated the quiet atmosphere. the bedding was clean and fresh .

Great Central Stay

The location is great. It is near the sea front, pubs, shops, and takeaways. A carpark sits just across the road. Steven was very friendly and cute. The room was perfect for my stay. He helped when my train was cancelled. My daughter and her friend loved his little dog Bear.

I was initially given a poorly prepared room. It lacked toilet rolls, hand wash, or towels. The staff did provide them when I asked. Missing such basic amenities did not leave a great first impression.

The staff offered helpful service and they assisted with my forgotten glasses. The location is central. It offers good access to many attractions. I got a room upgrade with a bathroom. That was a nice surprise. The room was also warm. I appreciated that a lot.

The room had a cracked socket. This was unsafe. I noticed it . That caused some concern. The window had bird droppings. That affected the view. The hotel could improve this situation.

I found a cracked socket in my room. The wire going into it was not properly encased. It needs repairs for safety.

Convenient and Clean Stay

The location was fantastic, it was just a short walk to the seafront. The beds were very comfortable. A bonus after a long day. Coral Island was also right around the corner, a great plus. There was convenient parking available across the road.
