convenient location helpful staff decent breakfast dated decor small bathroom noise disturbance

the hotel's location proved convenient for my planned activities. i found the staff to be generally helpful and accommodating . the breakfast included a decent selection of items (i especially liked the fruit).

My room's decor looked quite dated and could use some refreshing. the bathroom was rather small and basic, lacking modern amenities. i encountered some noise from nearby rooms during the evening. This disturbed my sleep.

i adore the location NEAR the Winter Gardens. breakfast had a lovely selection. the owners felt very accommodating and friendly. the room had good size in a twin format.

the pillows were a little thin.

Wonderful stay near Winter Gardens

perfect location comfortable bed

the hotel's location proved perfect for accessing the town centre, winter gardens, and the theatre near the tower. i found my room larger than expected and it included all basic essentials. i found the bed comfortable and the cleaning standards to a high degree.
