DeLovely Rooms

DeLovely Hotel is an adults-only guest house in Blackpool's North Shore area. Rooms include free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker and an electric kettle. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Room options include the Boudoir with a 50" smart TV, the Evergreen King with a king-size bed and a 43" smart TV, and the Ruby Red Single, located on the second floor, with a mini-fridge. The Triple Topaz room features a double bed, a single bed, a 43" LED smart TV, a 19" TV, and two en-suite bathrooms. Standard amenities include USB-A wall sockets and daily housekeeping.

Dining at DeLovely

DeLovely Hotel offers a fully licensed bar, open from 11 AM. A continental and full English breakfast is included. An extensive bistro menu is available, featuring sirloin steak and homemade pies.

Leisure and Entertainment

The hotel provides a shared lounge. Blackpool's Winter Gardens, home to shows, pantos, musicals and all things theatre, as well as exhibitions and conventions, is a ten-minute walk from DeLovely Hotel. Funny Girls is located around the corner. Madame Tussaud's waxworks is located approximately one mile from DeLovely.

Location and Transport

DeLovely Hotel is located in Blackpool's North Shore area. North Pier, Blackpool's oldest and longest Pier, is a short walk from the hotel. The Blackpool Tower is also nearby. The Golden Mile is easily accessible. The closest stop to DeLovely is Pleasant Street. Bus and tram stops are a few minutes' walk away, with trams operating up to 10 minutes during the day. Blackpool International Airport is 10 km from the hotel, and Liverpool John Lennon Airport is 100 km away. From London, you can get a train to Blackpool North from Euston Station, which takes a little over 3 hours.

Hotel Services

Check-in is from 2 PM, and the latest check-in is 9 PM. Checkout is until 11 AM. Late checkout must be arranged directly with the hotel the day before and is available until 1 PM for an additional fee. Guests are asked to inform the hotel of their arrival time if possible. Luggage may be left if you are staying in Blackpool for the day but this must be agreed with the management team beforehand. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Limited private parking is available, with several car parks nearby. Any special dietary requirements must be made known to the hotel. Lost keys will incur a charge of £20 per room to cover the cost of getting new sets made.

The other owner seemed less approachable compared to Charlie. My room had a view that was just a wall of the next building. It was disappointing to open the curtains to that. The bedding felt subpar and wasn't very comfortable. I think a better quality of linens would improve the experience.

The staff was really lovely! the room had fresh milk and bottled water in the mini fridge, so nice! the breakfast was also amazing, they served piping hot dishes with fresh ingredients. i also liked the cozy and friendly bar area. It was lovely.

The owners did not seem very concerned when i arrived. Check-in was like an imposition. the room lacked cleanliness. The tiger room felt small, barely space to move. i could hear everything happening in adjacent rooms.

The location was convenient. I could easily walk to nearby attractions.
My room was quite small. Moving around felt cramped. I also noticed hairs in the sink and shower, disappointing. The owners seemed indifferent, and check-in felt unwelcoming. It was they were not overly bothered.
